“… For You…” (Jeremiah 29:11)
Did you know that God has a plan for your life that is unique to you and your personality and your environment.
Do we know how specific God can be? Our DNA is 99% similar. We have 1% difference. But that one percent is enough to make a world of difference. This says something about the Amazing God who created us. The Bible says that he knows the number of each hair on our head, the number of tears we cry, and that he creates each day unique for each of us. Isn’t that amazing?
God has a plan for you. It is specifically for you. Not your friend. Not your mother or father. Not your sister or your brother. But it is specifically created for you. The plan that God has for you takes everything into consideration: your highs, your lows, your good, your bad, your joys, your pain, etc. It takes everything into consideration. So long as you walk in his will and so long as you love the Lord with all your heart, mind, and soul, it will all turn out for good. Nothing will go to waste.
So I encourage you today: find out God’s purpose for your life. And when you find it, pursue with every fiber of your being until the day He calls you home. As gospel singer Karen Clark-Sheard says, “What God has for you, it is for you.” And no one can ever take that way.
